Information on the Processing of Personal Data In connection with your registration to participate in the meeting, we hereby inform you that:
1. The controller of your personal data is the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (“Controller”).
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of ensuring your participation in the event described in the introduction to this information notice.
3. For the purpose referred to in point 2 above, the following personal data are processed: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and name of organisation.
4. The data will be stored by the Controller until the completion of the service settlement and for the period required by law, to the extent necessary to fulfil the obligations arising from such regulations, or until you object to the processing of your data.
5. The data are protected by technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security, in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. The Controller does not obtain data from third parties or publicly available sources and processes only the data provided by you for the purpose referred to in point 2 above (in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
7. Data may be shared with:
a) entities providing IT services (including streaming platforms), accounting services, administrative services, or other services connected with the delivery of the event to the Controller;
b) trainers, to the extent necessary to carry out the training service;
c) institutions managing programmes implemented by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, to the extent necessary for the implementation of those programmes.
8. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.
9. You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your data, including the categories of processed data and any recipients of the data,
- request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data,
- request the erasure or restriction of data processing – under the terms set out in the GDPR,
- object to the processing of your data – under the terms set out in the GDPR,
- data portability – by receiving your data from the Controller in a format that allows them to be transferred to a chosen third party,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki St, 00-193 Warsaw – if you consider that your data are being processed unlawfully.
10. You have the right to object to the processing of all or some of your data at any time. The objection does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its submission.
